SHIPPING/HANDLING POLICY
We can only ship through out the United States at this time.
We use Priority Mail through the USPS for smaller, residential packages and UPS ground for all other shipments in the 48 states.
Please no P.O. Box addresses if you know your order will be delivered UPS.
Shipping costs are not included in the listed prices for each item.
Colorado residents will be charged appropriate sales tax.
As laws change, residents of other states may be subject to sales tax as well.
If any items are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Please allow 1 - 3 days for items to be shipped.

DAMAGED POLICY
Any damaged items will be replaced.
Please inspect all shipments upon delivery.
We are not responsible for damages reported 15 days or more after the ship date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you decide to cancel your order, contact us immediately by email or phone to find out the status of your order. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.
Any refusal of an order upon receipt will not constitute a return.
REFUND/RETURN POLICY
All returns for any reason, need to be sent back within 15 days of receipt. Please notify us by email or phone in order to request a refund or return authorization. No refunds or returns will be authorized after 15 days of receipt of the product.
All non-defective merchandise will incur a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.
All returns and refunds must be authorized by Ornaments 2 Treasure.
